Project Partner Survey - Version 1.0 Results
Recently eMite closed out our 2019 program year. Our program year goes from November 1st to October 31st of the following year. This timeframe was established by the very first project completed by eMiters through eMite’s giving platform. Since the timing of that project fell in the October - November months, we determined that our program year would begin at that time and run through a 12-month cycle.
Typically an eMite program year begins with a 2 to 3 month preparation period where project vetting and scheduling take the forefront and Mighty Fund development occurs through the close of the calendar year. It is during this time that our staff lines up the new year’s project schedule and much of the support for the operations of eMite are received. We count on the generosity of our Mighty Fund donors, particularly during this time, to help supply the funds necessary for eMite to effectively serve our giving community.
In the first part of January, our project season begins. As eMite rolls out its well-vetted, impactful humanitarian projects, our staff focus their efforts on engaging the giving community, documenting project commencements and producing updates and celebration videos for the donors. During this time eMite staff works directly with our project partners to complete the scheduled projects successfully. There is a tremendous amount of work done behind the scenes by our staff and our partner organizations to ensure the project season is impactful for both the givers and the recipients on these humanitarian ventures.
In 2019 eMite added a procedure to our program year. We desire that every aspect of eMite’s programs and processes meet the needs of our donors and our project partners. For this reason, in 2019 we introduced a Project Partner Survey that was completed by all project partners with whom eMite worked in the previous project season. Our fantastic partners graciously completed the survey, giving us valuable feedback that will help improve eMite processes and bring even more success to our humanitarian outreach.
Here are some results from the survey:
How many partner organizations said they would work again with eMite on another project? 100%
87.5% of partners surveyed said that the Celebration Video produced on their project had a professional appearance.
Would our partners share eMite with fellow non-profit organizations? 100% Yes
Do our partners share the Celebration Video with their giving communities? 22% already shared and 67% said they would be sharing in the future.
We want to thank our project partners for their excellent work in the year 2019 and their helpful feedback on our Project Partner Survey - Version 1.0. We look forward to the opportunity to work with them again in the future.
